MANNA FOR DAILY LIVING BY VEN. E. AGBAWE, PH.D

DATE: SUNDAY 15TH APRIL, 2018
TOPIC: WHEN GOD EXALTS.
FOR READING & MEDITATION: Joshua 3:7-14
“...Today I will begin to exalt you in the sight of all Israel.” 2A'

Jehovah God says, “I will honour those who honour me..”. (I Samuel 2:30). Joshua was ready for the assignment committed to his charge hence he rose up early the next morning with all Israelites. He acted in faith disregarding all negative talks and every act of discouragement on the part of the people.
God is looking for men of faith for great exploit. “For the people who know their God will be strong and take action” (Daniel 11:32). Joshua was ready for action, hence God spoke. “Today I will begin to exalt you in the sight of all Israel...” Too many believers have lost favour with God hence this grace of divine exaltation is eluding them by the day. Though some occupy a great position yet God is lacking in everything they do. Such leaders have assumed the place of God, every step they take lacks divine touch. Absolute power is already intoxicating many of our leaders and the led. Examine yourself whether the rebellion around you is as a result of the absence of God or divine approval in what you are doing?
Joshua had been a good follower, who was always with Moses in the places that matter e.g. at the mountain where they meet with God. By the time he took over, he was a man after God's own heart hence the Almighty says;”Today, I will begin to exalt you in the sight of Israel.”

PRAYER:
My Father my Father, I desire Your exaltation today in Jesus name.

EXCERPTS FROM: 24/7 WARFARE PRAYERS AND SUPERNATURAL BREAKTHROUGH MANUAL

INTRODUCTION Right from childhood, the number “SEVEN” has always been an intrigue, an interesting puzzle, a fascination, and a great phenomenon to me. I was actually born on the seventh day of the month; perhaps this was one of the reasons why something leaps inside of me whenever I see the number. But as I grew up in the Christian faith I began to see a regular reference to it the scriptures. I was kind of saying, whoa! Holy bliss! Seven occurs 257 times, or 7 × 41 Seventh, the fractional part occurs 98 times or 7× 14 Seven –fold occurs 7 times. Seventy occurs 56 times or 7× 8 “Seventy” in combination with other numbers occurs 35 times or 7× 5. God is pleased to stamp the number “Seven” with the seal of perfection and completeness. God never down played the importance of the number, because it was the number of God. It is a carrier of God’s mysteries. It pleased God that, the Seventh man from Adam – Enoch sh
