Dear Saint, I have come to realize that many people fail in the Christian life because we want to go to bed in Egypt and wake up in Canaan; become converted in the morning and become a patriarch by noon. But it is not so. God created time and allows it to process us into maturity - through trials, temptations, from little steps to great strides, from feeding on spiritual milk to eating meat, from a new convert to a great witness of the Kingdom. So, start small and grow.
